Andrew Kristallis obtained his Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, from the University of New South Wales in 1996. He worked at Grant Thornton, a second-tier accounting firm, in Business Advisory Services for three and a half years. Andrew then worked for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Deloitte Growth Solutions for three years where he occupied a position as Client Manager.

Andrew became a director of Kristallis & Co Pty Limited in 2001. Since Andrew's commencement with the firm, its client base and number of employees have expanded rapidly. The firm is renowned for its high level of personal service and attention.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant, and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
